SWAT RELIEF FUND
DHA has launched a week long campaign to generate funds for the internally displaced persons (IDPs) of Swat.
DHA also organised ‘Walk a Cause’ to raise funds for the IDPs Relief Fund. The walk was held on Friday, May 22 2009 at 6:30 pm on the Sea View Beach, Beach Avenue between the Village Restaurant and McDonalds. All earnings from the registration fees and other donations/sponsorships went to the DHA Relief Fund for IDPs. The registration fees for the walk was Rs 100 per person and registration was done at the site, the DHA Main Office and at the DHA Education Directorate, Khayaban-e-Rahat, Phase-VI.
  An account has also been setup for collection of donations. The details of which can be ask from the Accounts Dept. at the Defence Authority Degree College.
